Dr. Neta Palkovitz is Chief Legal, Policy & Sustainability Officer, General Counsel, at Dawn Aerospace.
She is a leading expert in NewSpace regulation, having authored the book: “Regulating a Revolution: Small Satellites and the Law of Outer Space”, as well as obtaining her PhD in space law from the International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University.
Neta has extensive industry experience working with both traditional space stakeholders and startups, on various legal matters. At her current role at Dawn, Neta leads commercial, regulatory and policy efforts aimed to achieving safer and sustainable satellite operations. She is a member of the Technical Secretariate in the European Commission’s PEFCR for the Space Sector initiative.
