Nina works at the intersection of defense innovation, industry, and international policy. As Strategic Lead at TNO, she focuses on strengthening Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) by bridging the gap between technological development and operational requirements.
Her background in diplomatic policy and African Studies enables her to place security issues within a broad geopolitical and human context. In addition to her role at TNO, Nina is a member of the Peace and Security Committee of the Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV), providing independent advice to the Dutch government.
As a moderator, she facilitates complex strategic discussions, translating them into clear insights for public and private sector stakeholders.
